Questions, answered

Is this a test?

No. It is a self-assessment: it shows how you see yourself today. There is no pass or fail, and you can retake it whenever you like.

How long does it take?

About two minutes per skill: ten short statements, each answered on a scale from 1 to 5. You can stop at any point and resume later.

Can I retake an assessment?

Yes, as often as you like. Every attempt is kept, so you can see how you change over time.

Who can see my results?

Only you. Your results are private to your account, and you can download or delete them at any time.

Where does the occupation data come from?

From ESCO, the European Commission’s multilingual classification of skills, competences and occupations. This service uses the ESCO classification of the European Commission. We have adapted it: the soft skills linked to each occupation are our own addition and are not part of ESCO, and some of them are estimates based on similar occupations.

Which languages are supported?

Skills, occupations and assessment statements are available in English and Spanish. Choose your language in your account settings.
